A interesting little line popped up on the Zune Walmart.com section. At the bottom of the description it says

But with all things comes a catch… It goes on to say that you must purchase a Zune Pass to continue accessing your downloaded songs.
After 14 days purchase of Zune Pass is required to continue accessing songs you’ve downloaded during the trial. See trial card for offer details. www.zune.net.
So this is a good chance for people to look around and try out the Marketplace, it does, in a way render its self pretty pointless as if you want to keep the songs you have downloaded, you will need to continue paying the $14 .99 per month for the Zune Marketplace subscription service. Although if you are a music junkie and will likely keep paying for the subscription, then it is all good news.
By the way, it says details are on Zune.net, that site is yet to be put online, when it is, it is suspected to be the official Zune site.

so you guys are saying that you have to pay for the songs that you download, i think that if that was you are saying than that is kinda dumb. you pay 250 for the zune its self why pay more for the music that the think is built for. idk i think its kinda stupid. i was thinking about getting one but no im having second thought.idk
also so if you use the free trial, all of the songs that you download from the trial you have to pay for.
