I bought a Zune in Nov 2007 from Costco.com.   Tonight, I discovered that the inside screen has a few crack lines even though the top glass cover is still intact (without any crack on the glass).

How and where should I get my Zune repair in Seattle, WA area ?

					<description>My zune's battery will die after only a few hours of playing, which i know a lot of people are having the same problem.

Also, when i charge it up and dont play it within a day, the battery is already dead the next day i decide to turn it on.

And if i play the zune for a few songs (maybe 3) then turn it off then turn it back on a few MINUTES later...the battery is almost dead.

And if i turn the zune off and a few HOURS come back to it, it is already dead, even if the battery level was almost full when i turned it off previously.  

I have never dropped my zune.
When it says low battery, I make sure I turn my zune off. And charge it up ASAP.
Just one day, it decided it wanted to be dead the next time I turned it on.

i bought my zune from amazon back in november but it was to late to return it there again, so i guess i have to rely on my one year warranty from microsoft.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

I bought my zune at MCCS Miramar Exchange. I have the reciept. I bought it April 07 and I need the address to send it to for repairs quickly before my warranty is over.

My zune has had these problems for about 6 months now. I just kept putting it off.

Please email me the steps i need to take to send it in. and the address of which i send it to.

					<description>I gave my husband an ipod when it first came out and it still works perfectly.  I just mad the 1 year warranty of my Zune and now and keeps shutting on and off.  I loaded the new software and it took off all my songs.  The website does not recognize the software.  This is ridiculous.  I would not recommend anyone buy a Zune.  No wonder microsoft is havnig problems.  They claim it will be over a hurdred dollars to look at it.  As far as I'm concerned I'll put the $100 towards an Ipod.</description>
