Apple has had its fair share of copies as well. how dramatically different can it really be? its a online music store, they both do about the same thing. if it sells you your music and works as it should who cares if it looks like iTunes? which for the record I think it looks little like. iTunes wont let me sell my own music on their service and very soon Zune will.
