What many users are looking for in a player is customization, personality.The reason I was attracted to the Zune was the looks, THEN I checked out the features. When people go to Best Buy looking for an iPod, the new Zunes will catch their eye instead. While functionality and features are important to tech geeks like you and me, the majority of mp3 player buyers out there don't give a crap what the player does (just look at all the people still buying ipods, right?) they want something that will look cool in their hand.
