Amazon.com launches Digital Music Store

Amazon.com is the latest big name company to enter the digital music industry by launching their store on Tuesday, 25 Sept. They already have 2 million songs that are selling from 89-99 cents each. It has already been confirmed that these songs can be used for your Zune or iPod. Universal and EMI have already signed a deal with Amazon to provide songs. Competition is good as it will make songs even cheaper over the long run.
