Thank you for finally addressing the whole Google purpose because apparantly no other site caught wind of that. From the beginning of hearing of this it confused me because if Microsoft needed anything that has to do with software (which is all what Google has...I hope so....or does it?), it would turn to itself and definately not Google. And the whole video thing, maybe Microsoft could be in for that, but then why would it be building Soapbox? Plus, YouTube already stands as another competitor, so I'm not sure about that. The only thing that makes sense would be that whole thing that Google wanted to have a free wireless network and maybe that can come into play here. I'm not so sure though because I don't see Microsoft approaching Google as a partner with all of their competition between them. Unless Google got ticked because Apple chose Yahoo Mail for their iPhone and not their GMail or w/e it's called. So I'm not sure about this whole FCC thing filing but it sure does seem very interesting. I just don't want it to end up as something very pathetic.
