Zune Second Gen Factory

There were rumors of a factory to build the second gen Zune being built next to the Xbox factory which is in Doumen, China. Well well well whats this then next to the Xbox factory?

Maybe there was some truth behind these rumors, judging by that Google Earth picture there does appear to be a decent size factory going up right next to the Xbox one. Also, remember Google does not update their satellite pictures that often so this picture could be a few months old. The Chinese also build structures very fast, so if this really is the Zune second gen factory, good chance its already up and running.
