I burned one song from a CD I had not using lossless and it worked fine, but any song burned with lossless does not work through your xbox 360... I used the componet cables to the HDTV and the red and white to my receiver... Sounds great, and you will like the remote and using the Zune this way rather than with the xbox controler/remote.
