					<description>Yeah sleep mode is different from turning it off. Holding the play/pause button for 3 secs only puts the device in sleep mode, similar to your computer monitor going into suspend mode when u haven't touched your mouse or keys for a while. 

Pressing back and up actually turns the device off and resets all your videos, saving battery life when your not listening to the device. This is the reason it has to boot back up when you turn the device back on.</description>
