There has been a video that popped up online a couple of days online that supposedly confirms previous reports of Zune running Linux. This could be a major step in bring the Zune to a new level by users. It would mean that the individual has been successful with using the Linux BSP or the individual has a simpler linux kernal.
However, some of these people have confirmed that this video is possibly a fake. The reports are that the individual running this is simply just playing a video via Zune’s video capabilities and it simply is not Linux running on Zune at all. There is really no way of knowing if this video is real or fake unless the person behind comes forward admitting it is a fake or others Zune owners being able to do the same thing.
